Full service condo management is inclusive of everything you have to do to keep your condo rental on a day to day rental basis. Prices vary depending on the size of the condo, and the number of cleans per month.
Full service includes greeting the guests, performing the clean, and replacing the linens and towels. Replaced linens and towels are then taken back and washed, dried, and folded to be used again another day. Unlike some other services that may advertise cheaper cleaning rates, these rates you see below are ALL INCLUSIVE. Guest greeting, Condo Cleaning, Washing of Linens is included in the rates below.
Rates For Condos 30 sq Meters or Less:
single clean
1200P - A single all inclusive package for a condo under 28 sq meters. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning. Includes washing and drying sheets on site where available or replacing the sheets as needed.
1-2x/ mo
1600P - one to two all inclusive cleans per month. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning.Includes changing of the sheets to be washed, dried, and folded for re-use next time.
3-4x / mo
3200P - three to four all inclusive cleans per month. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning.Includes changing of the sheets to be washed, dried, and folded for re-use next time.
4-8x / mo
6400P - four to eight all inclusive cleans per month. includes guest greeting. Includes cleaning.Includes changing of the sheets to be washed, dried, and folded for re-use next time.
more than 8 guests per month?
Additional all inclusive packages can be added to any package on an as needed basis. In this case, the cost for each additional is 1200P each.
